1: Get a Job Offer
First of all, you need a valid Canadian employer to get a job offer. People find these employers via friends, Family or even government-run programs such as SAWP : the Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program. If you don't have access to any services, you may approach Recruitment agencies in Canada or career websites but chances of getting job offer are low from the websites. The following list could help you start your search.
2: Get the Preliminary Documents
The Canadian employer takes a special permit from the Canadian labour office or rather ESDC (Employment and Social Development Canada). They call the permit : Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA). If the employer gets a positive LMIA, you may proceed with the Appliation.
Sometimes the position you applied for is exempt from an LMIA. In these situations, the employer will apply for an exemption code from their employer account on IRCC (Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada) website.
While the employer do the process, you need to prepare some documents such as identification Proof, work permit forms, and documents that shows you are eligible for the job.
3: Get a Work Permit
If you passed first two steps successfully, you can apply for a Work Permit. Any applicant can apply for a Work Permit at Canadian Visa Office outside Canada. You can Consult with a professional for your options. A Work Permit could be valid for a few years or days.
If you wish to live in Canada permanently, then you may need to consider immigrating to Canada.
